Heavenly Father we humbly come before thy throne of grace this morning as we gathered here today to formalize House leadership's initiative and commitment to us to avail of the UP-NCPAG scholarship. We believe that we are not worthy to be a receipient of this benevolence and generosity so we lift ourselves to you, gratefully acknowledging that everything that we are, all that we have and what we will be in the future we owe them all to you. Thank you for our benefactors' gracious and unwavering support to all of us who qualified for this endeavor and for giving us an opportunity to hone our skills and to equip us to be more excellent in performing our individual tasks here in the House of Representatives. Thank you for all our officials and our co-employees who unselfishly went out of their way - walked an extra mile to support this House leadership project, may you pour out your richest blessings upon them. Grant us oh Lord great wisdom and a persistent heart so that we will be able to live up to their expectations and to what will be required of us. Give us and our lovedones perfect health and keep us from all harm and danger so that we can fulfill the roles you have entrusted to us. Strengthen us to build a life of accomplishment and meaning, to make a difference in the lives of our fellow workers and supervisors in this Institution. As uncertainty prevails and as pessimism gripped our country and the world, give us a glimpses of a better future as our government leaders initiate and invest in harnessing the talents and capabilities of rank-and-file public servants like us. Thank you for letting them realize that we are part of their team or we are their partners so that the image of this office will shine upon men and give light to all our fellowmen. Help us to be dedicated and to be firm in our commitment to abide by the policies during our course of study. Be with us as we proceed to this ceremonial signing of the MOA and we ask that you seal our commitment with your divine grace and mercy. This we pray in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
